The beauty of true wheel thrown and hand-built pottery is that it is original, one of kind, unique.

It might not be absolutely perfect. It has been touched by hands all through the process.

Shoji Hamada, a Japanese potter, once said, “Making Pottery should not be like climbing a

mountain; it should be more like walking down a hill in a pleasant breeze. It isn’t the same,

since each one is different.”
